商品售后服務承諾書
After-sales Instruction
致尊敬的用戶：
To respected users:
在您的支持和信任之下，為保障您的利益，使您得到更好更優(yōu)質的服務，我司在此做出如下承諾：
With your support and trust, in order to protect your interest and provide you with better and higher-quality service, we guarantee as followings:
一、安裝前準備工作 Preparative works before installation
1. 我方所提供的設備質量優(yōu)良，嶄新未經使用，已通過出廠質量檢驗，包裝良好，適合長途運輸。
The product we provided is of high-quality, and in accordance with the quality standard set by the manufacturer. With fine packing, the equipment will keep all right in long distance transportation.
2. 發(fā)貨前20天 我方以書面形式將設備安裝的準備條件通知最終用戶，在得到用戶書面發(fā)貨要求后，我方將準時發(fā)貨。
We will notify the end-users about the preparation work of the equipment’s installation before 20 days the consignment in writing form, upon the receipt of the consignment notification; we will deliver the goods in time.
二、質保期內所提供服務 The service provided within the warranty period.
1.我們保證為貨物提供為期 1 年的保修，保修時間從驗收簽字起計算。在質保期內我方將嚴格遵守中華人民共和國的相關法律和法規(guī)對貨物提供“三包”等售后服務,除非合同另行規(guī)定。
We will provide 1 year of warranty period beginning from the signing of the certificate of acceptance, We will faithfully abide by the relevant laws, statutes and regulations promulgated by the People’s Republic of China and provide “Three Guarantees” and other after-sales services concerning the Goods, unless stipulated otherwise in the Contract
2.在保修期內由我方設備出現(xiàn)的故障，我方將在持續(xù)不斷48小時內響應，接到通知后3個工作日之內到現(xiàn)場服務，并必須連續(xù)進行維修，直至故障完全排除，設備完全恢復正常為止。在修理之后，我方將故障成因、補救措施、完成修理及恢復正常的時間和日期等報告給業(yè)主，報告一式兩份。
We will respond within continuous 48 hours concerning the malfunction of the equipments (non-artificial factors), upon receipt of the notice, we will provide on-site service within 3 working days. After the repair, we will submit a report in duplicate concerning of the cause, remediation measure, schedule etc.
3.我們在國內設有（或委托）永久性常駐維修機構處理所有維修服務，并配有專職的、具有三年以上相應工作經驗的技術人員。備品備件等供應充足完全可以滿足用戶五年所需。在委托國內永久性常駐維修機構承擔維修服務時，我們將提供具有法律效力的相關證明文件。
We have (or entrust) permanent facilities in China to provide repair and maintenance services stationed with professional technical personnel with three years of similar experience. The spare parts are sufficient to meet the needs of the users for five years. If entrust permanent facilities in China to do such work, we will provide the relevant legally effective certificates.
4 在保修期結束時，須由專業(yè)工程師對設備進行另一次測試，任何缺陷(非人為因素)由我方負責修理。

三、質保期后三年內所提供服務
1.服務范圍: 我方將負責幫助需方維修設備在此期間出現(xiàn)的故障；提供設備所需的備品備件以滿足長期使用；
Scope of service: maintenance. supply of the spare parts. for a long term
2服務期限 質保期后三年內
Service period: 3 years beyond the warranty period
3服務內容 設備維護維修，繼續(xù)培訓,備件供應
Content of service: maintenance, repair, continuous training，supply of the spare parts.
4服務費用 視情況而定。
Service charge: subject to conditions.
5不承擔內容 人為因素造成的損壞
Exemption of duty: artificial factor
